Moussaka <p> Some dishes are worth using multiple pots and pans. <a href="http://how2heroes.com/videos/profiles/about-phyllis-kaplowitz">Phyllis Kaplowitz</a>&nbsp;of <a href="http://www.bakersbestcatering.com/">Bakers&#39; Best Catering</a> shares one of them. Classic moussaka is a rustic eggplant casserole but variations exist from Greece, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. This version has roasted eggplant, sliced potatoes, a cinnamon-flavored beef and tomato filling and a creamy mornay sauce (b&eacute;chamel with the addition of cheese). The end result is well worth the clean-up.</p>
