Jean has been making this dessert for over 20 years and we know that's the sign of a recipe that's a keeper. Mini cheesecakes pack a lot of flavor for their size and are a snap to assemble. Once chilled, top them with fruit, nuts or chocolate. Be creative!
Jean Gray is a triple threat - hard-working nurse at Brockton Hospital, great mom to daughter Lauren - and loves to cook. In addition, she and her husband Bob love the outdoors. You might find them camping or kayaking or just taking a stroll through Massasoit State Park.
