Named after a West End neighborhood in Boston, this whiskey cocktail with lemon juice and grenadine has been a Boston favorite for decades. Legend has it that it dates back to 1898. Fact and fiction are blurred about its origins, but whatever led to such a smooth creation has produced a truly popular classic.
