About Brooke Toubeau

Graphic designer by day and spicy food lover by night, Brooke (AKA Brooklyn or Jack) brings her creativity and love of food to the table with spice, spice and more spice. She may like hot food but when you see Brooke in one of her awesome hats, it's pretty obvious she is very cool!

Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 1 Cocktail

  • fresh lemon wedge to rim the glass
  • equal mix of salt, black pepper & cayenne pepper
  • 2½ shots or 3 fingers of vodka
  • equal parts tomato juice & Bloody Mary mix
  • 5 drops (or to taste) Tabasco sauce
  • 5 drops (or to taste) Worcestershire sauce
  • spoon tip of horseradish
  • juice of ¼ lemon

Garnish

  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 peperonchino
  • 2 Spanish olives

Special Equipment

  • cocktail skewers or toothpicks

How-to

  1. Rim a glass with a fresh lemon wedge
  2. Dip the glass rim in a mix of salt, black pepper & cayenne pepper
  3. Add 2½ shots or 3 fingers of vodka,equal parts tomato juice & Bloody Mary mix, 5 drops (or to taste) Tabasco sauce, 5 drops (or to taste) Worcestershire sauce, a spoon tip of horseradish and the juice of ¼ lemon and stir
  4. Garnish with 1 celery stalk and a skewer or tooth pick with peperonchino in between 2  Spanish olives
