About Wilma Browne Yarde <p>Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Wilma Browne Yarde learned cooking from her mother through necessity. As one of nine children, Wilma exclaims that, "<em>Somebody</em> had to cook!" and has been in the kitchen since age 12. Wilma has been in the United States for over 40 years, in which time she attended culinary school at Daytona State College before transferring up to the Boston area, where she currently resides. Wilma is presently in charge of the kitchens at two Massachusetts golf courses, while running her own catering company.</p>

    She is an inspiration. I meet her one time a while back when I was younger in Palm Coast Florida. Very good chef she is
