So many great chefs come from backgrounds influenced by family. Following his his father's footsteps, Hiroyuki Konishi has been a sushi chef for over 20 years. He started his training immediately after high school and in 1985, through a family friend, owner of a Japanese restaurant in Cambridge, MA, began his culinary career. Currently At O Ya restaurant in Boston, considered one of the finest Japanese restaurants in the country, Hiroyuki gets to share his considerable talents and years of experience.
