Eric Gregory of Grafton Street Grill has reinvented the burger with this meatless and tasty alternative: the chickpea burger! Eric mixes puréed chickpeas and caramelized onions with tahini, garlic, onions, and some aromatics. He shows us a cool way to make uniform burgers using a lid from his pantry. You'll never have uneven burgers again! The burger is seared until golden, topped with house-made tzatziki sauce, and folded in between a soft piece of naan bread. Eat your heart out, McDonald's!
