I LOVE Tiramisu! I don't drink or consume any kind of liquor, so I don't use the Kahlua/Amaretto that this recipe calls for. For a kid-friendly Tiramisu, I use decaf coffee, whipping cream (instead of the egg yolks), and when assembling, I dust some cocoa powder in between the layers. The presentation of this recipe seemed somewhat sloppy and the cocoa powder on top looked too thick (that's just my personal taste). When making it in a springform pan, I like to line the outer sides with ladyfingers placed vertical. It makes for a much neater presentation. Other than that, I LOOOOVE Tiramisu!

This tiramisu was awesome-- one of the best I've ever had! Though, instead of Kahlua, I used Greg Rossi's Espresso Vodka (http://how2heroes.com/videos/beverages/espresso-vodka). Delicious!
