Pamela Sheldon Johns is orignally from the United States but is living the dream and living in Montelpuciano in Tuscany. Pamela has dedicated her life to bringing the history and tradition of Italty's recipes to life in the pages of her cookbooks. Her most recent publication, Cucina Povera, celebrates Italy's peasant food.
