Gingerbread w/ Whipped Cream

Making whipped cream is easy and nowhere is it tastier than over warm gingerbread. When cinnamon, allspice and ginger hit the heat, the aroma will take you back to when you were a kid, waiting in the kitchen to get that first piece of gingerbread, piled high with fresh whipped cream.
