Raspberry Margarita
Vanessa White shares her version of a margarita with a cool technique that adds vibrant color. First she gives a vigorous shake to tequila, lime juice and simple syrup. Then raspberry liqueur is added down the back of a spoon into a perfectly chilled cocktail glass and forms a dreamy opaque red layer. A festive way to serve up a margarita.
