Remi Johnson

From art student to Beer Baron, Remi's passion for beer is evident through his extensive knowledge and appreciation of craft beer. As Manager of The Publick House, he is responsible for hand-picking the fine beers available to his loyal patrons. He's also had the opportunity to travel to Belgium to hone his Belgian beer expertise which comes in especially handy to Chef Brent (also on this site) who likes to showcase the beers in his cooking.

    i went to a beer tasting party the other night and lo and behold, they had all three of these beers there. so of course i sampled them all. my favoritei was the Ayinger October Fest. it's definitely a new favorite. thanks for introducing these to us, remi.

    Pretty cool! I'll have to try the Victory Oktoberfest. As far as Pumpkin ales go, a personal favorite of mine is Dogfish Head's Punkin Ale. Good stuff. I love this time of beer... I mean, year.
