Does using a certain type of glass enhance the beer-drinking experience? Oh, yeah. Just ask Remi, a Beer Baron with an encyclopedic knowledge of the beer industry. After watching Remi and Kim in action you'll think twice about drinking out of a bottle. Click on "View recipe" to find out where to buy these cool glasses.
From art student to Beer Baron, Remi's passion for beer is evident through his extensive knowledge and appreciation of craft beer. As Manager of The Publick House, he is responsible for hand-picking the fine beers available to his loyal patrons. He's also had the opportunity to travel to Belgium to hone his Belgian beer expertise which comes in especially handy to Chef Brent (also on this site) who likes to showcase the beers in his cooking.

I love beer and it's killing me to have discovered that I haven't been gettng the full experience by not drinking out of the appropriate glass. Great info, Remi! Now I just have to figure out where to get the glasses. Oh, yeah. Oddly enough, beer and apple pie (with a slice of cheese on it) are a great combo. Kim is awesome! (Oct 2, 2008 12:54:10 PM)
