- 3 small squashes (zucchini, 8 balls, pattypans summer squash, etc), cut into wedges
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
With fresh, beautiful squash like pattypans and zucchini on hand, you can keep it simple and make it delicious. Give JJ's recipe a try and it'll erase every bad memory you ever had of overcooked vegetables.
