Marc Kadish is the owner and executive chef of Sunset Grill & Tap in Allston, MA, as well as several other Boston restaurants. He's also one of the biggest beer experts in the Northeast. Marc started his culinary career at age 15, working for hotels, inns and restaurants. He opened Sunset Grill in 1986, followed by several others, including Big City and Sunset Cantina.
