<p> Micheal Carter started washing dishes in restaurants at age 14. Since the moment he started in the food service industry, he knew that he wanted to become a cook. Micheal has worked at Farmers Diner in Middlebury, Vermont, since its opening, and has been serving up delicious meals with locally-sourced ingredients since.</p>
