<p> Joe Brooks grew up in the UK before moving to Boston for graduate school. He draws his cooking inspiration from both of his parents, but it is his Dad&#39;s recipes in particular he tends replicate most often. Joe loves cooking as a hobby, and has catered parties, a baby shower and a wedding for family and friends.</p>
