<p> Chris Edelman is a graduate of the New England Culinary institute (NECI), who moved first to New York, and then to Boston, to become a &quot;fish guy&quot;. Possibly the result of a happy accident, he was invited to join the <a href="/www.seafoodspecialties.biz">Seafood Specialties</a> team, only to then purchase the company two weeks later, turning its three employees, one van, and a handful of Boston clients into nine employees, five trucks, and all fifty states.
