<p> Okay, let&#39;s admit it. He&#39;s cute and he makes chocolate. Taza chocolate&#39;s Co-Founder Alex runs the company by supporting direct trade (buying cocoa beans directly from small, organic farmer organizations), by being involved in Go Green!, a local green business association, and by donating bean chaff to Groundworks Somerville, a local community gardens organization. On top of that, he is kind enough to take the time to teach us all about the tradition of Oaxacan style hot chocolate.</p>
