Healthy lentils are made spectacular with the addiiton of an Indian curry paste flavored with fresh ginger and garlic. Spicy green chilies and aromatic cumin and coriander fill the kitchen and provoke your tastebuds into wanting the dish immediately. This vegetarian dish can be altered to include chicken or your favorite meats but why mess with perfection?
