Eric Palilunas grew up in an environment where family and cooking went hand-in-hand including the sights, the sounds, the smells and the noise associated with a great meal. Aspiring to be a chef at an early age - with homemade paper chef's hat included - Eric went on to graduate from Johnson and Wales University where he obtained an Associates of Culinary Arts, a Bachelors of Science in Management and finally a Masters of Arts and Teaching. When not working at Boston's Trident Booksellers & Cafe, affectionately known as "The Trident", Eric can be found riding his bike all over New England.
