  • Pinot Noir - light, earthy, cherry-flavored
  • Pinot Blanc - light, doesn't overpower food
  • Pinotage - fruity & peppery
  • Pinot Gris - full bodied, viscous in the mouth, versatile - goes with everything
  • Beaujolais Nouveau - light & fruity
