- 4 ripe avocados, coarsely chopped
- juice of 1½ limes
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, diced
- ¼ red onion, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
