About Sean Farres

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Sean's passion for food and entertaining began at an early age. All the neighborhood children would enjoy juice and play "Restaurant" in his kitchen. Sean has been preparing parties for friends and family ever since. A designer at heart, Sean's craft for creating meaningful dishes is inspired by whatever ingredients are on hand. He finds inspiration mostly from Asian and Latin flavors and his own cooking style is centered around Mediterranean cuisine.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados, coarsely chopped
  • juice of 1½ limes
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, diced
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Suggestion: Add jalapeno pepper or red pepper flakes to for a spicier kick!

How-to

  2. Serve with tortilla chips and a Margarita
  3. Enjoy!
