Tea Time

Having afternoon tea is so civilized. We should do it more often. Take some quality time for a nice spot o' tea and some elegant appetizers. You deserve it. We've consulted the experts so you can pull off a "proper" tea. Cynthia Gold, Tea Sommelier at one of Boston's finest restaurants, L'Espalier, shows you how to navigate tea varieties and make the perfect cup. Our resident Queen's fare guru, Kate Kelly, not only shows you how to make a Classic Scone but how to pronounce it correctly (it's "skön" not scōn). And no tea would be complete without Cucumber Sandwiches, demonstrated by Chef Jared Bacheller from L'Espalier. Cheers.
