Hero Profile » About Marc Orfaly
Marc Orfaly was initially introduced to cooking by his grandmother. Once he reached that certain age as every teenager does, realizing that the only way to purchase coveted toys was to find a job and earn money, Marc started cooking in restaurants. The more he cooked, the better drum equipment he could afford. Years later, Marc graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. He has worked stints in highly-acclaimed restaurants on both the East and the West Coast and served as a personal chef for the Tisch family in NYC. Today, he is the Chef/Owner of Pigalle restaurant in Boston, specializing in quintessential Parisian cuisine. Marc explains that the kitchen fits his personality and interests, as, "drums are loud, the kitchen is loud and I'm kinda loud."
