Gregg Sessler, Chef/Owner of Cava Restaurant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, built much of his culinary repertoire in the San Francisco Bay area as Executive Chef and Wine Buyer at The Caprice. After dazzling West Coast diners with his modern twists on classic dishes, Gregg moved closer to his coastal Maine roots to open a place of his own. Cava is inspired by Gregg's love of Mediterranean cuisine, and features inventive small plates paired with a diverse wine list.
