<p> Adam Simha is the designer, knife maker and creative presence behind <a href="http://www.mksdesign.com/sitemap.html">MKS Design.</a> He has had a varied and interesting career path that has taken him from cooking on the line to baking, to diversions into other fields. Yet he always maintained his love of cooking. A class in metalworking led to blade-smithing and the rest is artistic history. He creates beautiful, durable and perfectly balanced knifes with - bicycle handles! We think they&#39;re gorgeous but they&#39;re not just a pretty face. They were given a trial run by the how2heroes test kitchen with a verdict of two very enthusiastic thumbs up!</p>
