New York native Stephen Jones at the age of 8 wanted to be a police officer. But when that idea was nixed by his mother, he turned his attention to pastry. He attended the Culinary Institute of America and following that worked coast to coast, from the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, to two Four Seasons locations in California. Returning to New England, he is now Executive Pastry Chef at the Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod.
