<p>Nick Russo of the Everett, MA, Fire Department credits his parents and grandparents for his culinary skills. His father owned a local bakery for 25 years, and his mother  taught him home-cooking at its finest. While his parents were his inspiration in the kitchen, Nick inspires his fellow firefighters with his many years of dedication to the job and his devotion to the city he protects.</p>
