<p> Erin Erler has been decorating cakes since 2000, beginning with a character cake she made for her daughter&#39;s first birthday. She is a self-taught baker, learning through experimentation. Erin practiced frosting &amp; piping at home and watched cake decorating shows on television. One driving force behind the start of her bakery was her son&#39;s nut allergy, as she decided that the safest way to assure that baked goods were nut-free was to make them herself. Thus,&nbsp;<a href="http://Cakesbyerin.com">Cakes By Erin</a>&nbsp;was born in Haverill, MA. She offers anything from custom cakes to whimsical desserts, with creativity as the driving force behind every creation.</p>
