Just saying the word marshmallow brings a smile to your face. And that feeling of nostalgia for childhood sweets makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. These homemade marshmallows will bring cheer to all ages. Eat them as or make the most amazing S'mores of your lifetime. Either way, a circular hand motion on your tummy will soon follow.
Sara is a Pastry Chef at Verrill Farm in Concord, MA. Her interest in food at a young age came in handy when her mom hurt her back and needed help with the groceries and cooking. While she didn't initially follow the traditional route to cooking school, working in New Orleans fueled her passion for cooking and her desire to attend the Connecticut Culinary School. In addition to working at Verrill Farm, Sara previously whipped up treats with fellow hero Alina Eisenhauer at Sweet in Worcester as well as Ming Tsai's Blue Ginger. All we know is she makes homemade Marshmallows and that's earned her VIP status with the how2heroes team.
