Promotion Period:
The sweepstakes is open between March 15, 2012 2:00 PM EDT and March 30, 2012 11:59 PM EDT (promotion period). Entries must be complete to be eligible. One entry per person. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Eligibility:
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Rival Marketing, how2heroes, their boards of directors, boards of advisors, and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and e-mail information to how2heroes for winner notification purposes only; otherwise, please review our privacy policy at how2heroes.com/privacy for more information on how we use any personal data we collect from you. Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Drawing:
Winner will be selected on or about April 2nd, 2012 in random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received. Potential prizewinner will be notified via e-mail provided. Potential winner must respond within 4 days of the date of email notification. If the confirmation is not received within those 4 days, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries. If potential winner does not respond or any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Potential winner who is a minor in their state of residency will also be required to have a parent or legal guardian complete the affidavit and publicity/liability release and prize will be awarded in the name of the minor. By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for advertising/promotional purpose.

The odds of winning this promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Limitation of Liability:
Sponsor and judging organization are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries or entries that are lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction or any other reason. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify sweepstakes and award the prize through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
