Caramelized Onions

Makes 1 cup


  • 2 cups sliced onions
  • 2 tbsp butter


  1. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat
  2. Add onions and allow to soften and brown, about 20 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and serve on chicken, pizza, appetizers, or anything you'd like. Or, use this technique for Sarah's Vidalia Onion Dinner Rolls
