Apple Cider Syrup


  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp applejack brandy
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar


  1. Place all ingredients in saucepan on medium heat
  2. Heat until mixture is about one-quarter the original amount, and contents become syrup-like,  about 30-40 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool before use
