Green Superfood Popsicles

Makes 8-10 popsicles


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 peach, pitted & chopped
  • 1 apple, cored & chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp water (if needed for blending)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp honey


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick and your blender is having trouble initially blending, add 2-3 tablespoons of water to loosen the mixture
  2. Pour into popsicle molds, top with covers and insert popsicle sticks. Traditional popsicle molds will need to freeze 3-4 hours before removing and enjoying, but newer machines can have as fast as a 7-8 minute freeze time
