Steak Bomb

Makes 2 Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • ½ white onion, diced
  • 6-8 mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ¾ lb (about 14 oz) shaved beef
  • American cheese
  • toasted sub rolls

How-to

1. Heat a griddle or skillet on high

2. Coat skillet with butter 

3. Season vegetables with salt & pepper 

4. Sauté steak and vegetables 2-3 minutes

5. Season with salt & pepper

6. Top with cheese & let melt, about 1 minute

7. Transfer to toasted sub roll and enjoy immediately
