Macadamia Nut Crumble

Makes 3 Cups


  • 2 cups roasted & salted macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted & cooled


  1. Add macadamia nuts, brown sugar and butter to a food processor, and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse sand. Serve atop ice cream or waffles, or use as a no-bake crust. To freeze, secure in a ziplock bag. Will last for up to 6 weeks
