Grandma Joan's Passover Rolls

Makes 14-16 Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups water
  • ½ cup oil (vegetable or canola)
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups matzoh meal
  • 6 extra large eggs

How-to

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.  Bring to boil 1½ cups of water, ½ cup of oil, ⅓ cup of sugar & 1 tsp of salt.  Turn off heat
  2. Stir in 2 cups of matzoh meal (gets very thick). Take hot mixture & put in electric mixer (can use hand mixer or wooden spoon to mix).  Add eggs one at a time until well blended
  3. Drop mixture into greased muffin cups about ⅔ full.  Bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.  Let cool in muffin cups
