Oatmeal w/ Cranberries, Apples & Cinnamon

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 apple, julienne (matchstick size) or sliced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

How-to

  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil
  2. Add oats. Return water to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Add honey, dried cranberries, apple and cinnamon and whisk to combine
  4. Simmer 5 more minutes
  5. Eat warm immediately or cold the next day
