Sweet Tea


  • 3 tea bags (Ceylon black tea or green tea)
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar


  • mint
  • lemon


  1. Pour hot water over sugar to dissolve it. For every 4 cups of  water use ½ cup of sugar (or to taste)
  2. Add tea bags and let brew for 5 minutes
  3. Add ice to chill the tea and strain into decanter
  4. And mint or lemon if you wish
