Pink Goose
Ingredients
- 3 basil leaves, sliced
 - few cubes of watermelon
 - ice
 - 3 oz vodka
 - ½ oz port wine
 - splash of watermelon mixer
 - splash of simple syrup (equal parts water & sugar heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled)
 
Garnish
- cubed watermelon skewer
 
How-to
- Muddle basil and watermelon
 - Add ice, vodka, port wine, watermelon mixer and simple syrup
 - Shake well, then strain into a martini glass
 - Garnish with cubed watermelon
