Piña Colada

Makes 4 drinks


  • 8 oz light rum
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 6 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
  • juice of 1 lime (optional)
  • ice to fill blender
  • whipped cream
  • maraschino cherries


  1. Add rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice (if desired) and ice into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and you no longer hear big pieces of ice being crushed
  3. Portion into glasses and top with whipped cream and cherries. Enjoy!
