For Cocktail

• 3 slices English cucumber
• 2 medium strawberries
• 2 oz Pimm's No. 1 liqueur
• ice to fill mixing glass
• lemon-lime soda to fill

To Garnish

• sprig of mint
• slice of cucumber
• fresh strawberry

1. Muddle cucumbers & strawberries together in a mixing glass
2. Add Pimm's No. 1 liqueur, fill shaker with ice, cap and shake vigorously
3. Pour into glass and top with lemon-lime soda to fill
4. Garnish with fresh mint, a slice of cucumber, and a strawberry
