Ingredients

For the Glass

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • Pedro Ximenez sherry

For the Cocktail

  • ¾ oz ruby port
  • 1¼ oz Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • 1¼ oz Van Gogh chocolate-infused vodka
  • small amount of water

How-to

  1. Rim the outside of a room-temperature glass with sherry.  Shake off the excess and dip the outside rim in a mixture of cayenne pepper and cocoa
  2. Fill a large glass with ice and add ruby port, sherry, chocolate-infused vodka and a small amount of water
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into rimmed cocktail glass
