• 2 oz whiskey, scotch or bourbon
• ½ oz amaretto (almond flavored liqueur) or honey
• juice & wedge of ¼ lemon
• 2-3 whole cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• boiling water

Garnish

• lemon wedge studded with 4-5 whole cloves

1. In a heat-proof mug or glass, add whiskey, amaretto, lemon juice (add wedge to glass if desired), cloves and cinnamon stick pieces
2. Slowly add boiling water and stir. Garnish with a clove-studded lemon wedge
