Fruitcake Flip


  • 1 egg
  • 1 oz half & half
  • 3 drops pomegranate molasses (can be found in Middle Eastern markets)
  • scant ½ oz maraschino liqueur
  • 1½ oz fruitcake-infused brandy (Fruitcake Brandy Infusion)
  • freshly grated nutmeg


  1. In a cocktail shaker, add a few drops of pomegranate molasses, maraschino liqueur and brandy
  2. In the other side of the shaker, add one whole egg and the half & half
  3. Shake ingredients well
  4. Add a couple of large pieces of ice and shake thoroughly
  5. Strain into a glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
