Espresso Vodka
Ingredients
- espresso
- unflavored vodka
Special Equipment
- French press
- funnel
- glass bottle with stopper
How-to
- Add scoops of espresso to the French Press coffee maker in the amount proportionate to the cup volume of the press (1 scoop per cup is suggested)
- Fill press with vodka to the line indicator on the press, and let stand for 10 minutes (any longer and it gets bitter)
- Press the press slowly
- Strain into a glass bottle with stopper and you're ready to make Espresso Martinis
