Cocotini
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 4-5 whole star anise
- 10-12 whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 15 oz can of cream of coconut
- 14.5 oz can coconut milk
- 14 oz can condensed milk
- 2 - 2 ½ cups of white rum (to taste)
- raspberries and freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
How-to
- Put water, star anise, cloves and cinnamon in a sauce pan on the stove
- Bring to a boil and strain. Let cool
- Mix strained liquid with cream of coconut, coconut milk, condensed milk and rum and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Pour into individual martini glasses and garnish with raspberries (on the rim or in the glass) and freshly grated nutmeg
