 - absinthe (Herbsaint) soaked sugar cube
 - ¾ oz Calvados
 - lemon swath
 
How-to
- Place a sugar cube in a glass and add a splash of absinthe
 - Fill a flute glass with sparkling wine
 - Add the absinthe-soaked sugar cube
 - Float ¾ oz Calvados
 - Finish with a lemon swath
