Cream Cheese & Nut Balls

Makes 36-40 Balls


For Cheese Balls

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups ground almonds or mixed nuts
  • hot sauce (to taste)

To Serve

  • crackers


  1. Grind almonds or mixed nuts in food processor (or, use pre-ground)
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined and smooth
  3. Cover and refrigerate, 2-3 hours
  4. Scoop about 2 tbsp of mixture into your hand and roll into balls, about ½" in diameter. Chill again before serving. Plate with crackers
